Unpleasant and gross

The property was sketchy and gross. We were given inadequate instructions to find our room. The key BARELY unlocked the door, and upon talking with other guests we found out the some of the keys opened multiple of the doors, which is a concerning safety issue. There was mold in the shower and it was all around just gross. The previous guest wrote ‘leave the flat! bedbugs!’ on the blinds in our room and it hadn’t been cleaned off. Location is also not great, it is not near anything worth seeing nor is it a walking distance from the city center. If you are there to see Porto, just go to a hostel. My friend and I did not even finish our stay at this property, we only stayed one night and then left immediately the next morning. Massively unpleasant experience and so disappointing.
