Our entire spacious and contemporary 2 bedroom house has been thoughtfully designed to meet the needs of our guests. With a sleek and comfortable interior, it offers a relaxing and welcoming atmosphere for your stay and everything you need to cook and come to know Manchester.

Located in a quiet residential development with easy access to Manchester city center, Piccadilly Station, Piccadilly Garden, Market Street shopping area, and the Universities within 5-10 minutes by car, and 8 minutes walk to the Etihad stadium, there are also transport links and several pubs, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of the property

Parking:
There is Free Parking for 2 cars in the driveway and free on-street parking if extra cars.

Bedrooms & sleeping area:
The house features two well-appointed bedrooms and a comfy sofa bed to sleep 5 guests. The master bedroom is furnished with a luxurious King-sized bed, while the second bedroom offers a cozy double bed. Each bedroom is equipped with comfortable bedding to ensure a restful night's sleep and ample storage space with cloth hangers and laundry bags.

You can conveniently check yourself in anytime after 3pm using our lockbox. You’re able to drop your bags in from 11.30am onwards. We’re happy to offer free early check in if we have no guests checking out. Please let us know if you’re arriving before 3pm and we’ll do our best to get our home ready for you.
