Enjoy breathtaking sunrises from this lovely 3rd floor condo which is located on the "traffic free" part of the beach. The sprawling 26 x 8 foot balcony affords an unobstructed panoramic view of the ocean, beach, and pool. This updated condo is well stocked with a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, large flat screened TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, and quality linens. All the comforts of home!! The family room has a large ocean view and access to the balcony!
The master bedroom has a king- sized bed, a large flat screened TV, private bath, and its own sliding glass door leading directly to the balcony. The second bedroom has 2 full size bed and a flat screen TV as well, with a full bath next to it.
COVID PROTECTION! This unit is equipped with an Air Scrubber System to ensure the cleanest air possible! The Air Scrubber removes air pollution, surface contaminates, Odors, Dust, and 99.9 percent of particles as small as .3 microns.
There is a designated parking spot for the unit. Booking will be confirmed within 24 hours of booking date or next business day by the owner's property management company.
