6 The Watermark is a semi-detached property situated within the village of Porth. Inside, you will find two bedrooms consisting of a double bedroom with an en-suite shower room and a family bedroom with a double bed and two single beds, complete with its own en-suite bathroom. Additional rooms include an open-plan living room, with a sitting area, dining area and kitchen area. Appliances consist of an Electric oven, induction hob, microwave oven, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, nespresso coffee machine and a smart TV. Outside, you will find off-road parking for one car and a balcony and patio area with furniture. Within 0.2 miles there is a shop, pub and beach. One pet welcome but sorry, no smoking or vaping. 6 The Watermark is a superb seaside getaway. Note: The garden is not enclosed. Please note: this property is unable to accommodate a Friday changeover.

The charming fishing village of Padstow, along with Bodmin Moor, the city of Truro, Falmouth and the world-famous Eden Project are all within easy reach, making Porth an ideal base for a Cornish getaway.
