Entire upper floor of home with two bedrooms, full bath, comfortable living room with gas fireplace, well stocked kitchen and large eating area, porch with hot tub and outside patio. Large yard with grass and fire pit. Washer and dryer available on request.
PLEASE NOTE: Owner couple LIVE AT THE PROPERTY in a living space on the lower level that has a separate entrance. Kitchen space may be shared but the owners may or may not be present. Complete privacy once you are checked in.

Hosted by Rebecca Wagner
Curt has been a pastor for over 30 years and a chaplain in the Ohio Air National Guard for 40 years and is now retired. He is currently on staff with Global Training Network to train pastors in other countries. Becka is a professor of nursing at Cedarville University. We are parents of three boys and 7 grandchildren!
Why they chose this property
We love the laid back atmosphere of our neighborhood. This is a quiet retreat where you can relax. We are in the "country" but easy accessible to the surrounding cities (Dayton, Columbus, Cincinnati), schools (Cedarville University, Wright State University, the University of Dayton), Air force base (Wright Patterson AFB), Theme parks (Kings Island), hiking, biking, museums, antiques and more.
What makes this property unique
The screened in back porch is a three season space to relax. There is a hot tub also on the porch.
