About this property

Lovely bright one bedroom apartment with a pool view in the popular Castle Harbour complex in Los Cristianos. Lots of bars, shops and restaurants within a few minutes walk along with 2 supermarkets and the renowned La Pepa food market. The complex has a heated pool and poolside bar and is extremely well kept.
A great place to stay for couples and families. Around a 10 to 15 minute walk to the beach. The apartment has a washing machine
Complex Wifi available at an extra charge.

Sunbeds and umbrellas at the pool area are charged at €2 per day.

Please note we request a non refundable 20% deposit at the time of booking. The balance payment will be due 4 weeks before your arrival date.
Also we add 150€ as a security deposit in case of damage, which is refundable minus damages 7 days after check out

Apartment castle harbour (C110)

Big spacious apartment, very comfy bed, apartment need an upgrade, very dated, shower not fixed to the wall tightly which causes it to spin around & water goes everywhere, hair dryer has a sticky residue all over it so could not use, dinning table not steady as the top is not fixed to the bottom correctly, wardrobe fine with hangers but badly in need of chest of drawers for underwear & stuff, had to use suitcase for underwear & other things, problem with washing machine but that was resolved very fast, I do understand that you only get what you pay for but you do expect things to be in working order, I would not stay in this apartment again, it needs a total refurb.

Lovely apartment in great complex

Second time here booked both times with Karian apartments. Lovely basic apartment but very well equipped. Great pool view. Would definitely recommend this company and Castle Harbour
