A particular popular area for cyclists and walkers. The village has a comprehensively stocked store/fuel station. There are two pubs, one of which has an excellent restaurant beside the river, and one that was a parlour pub beautifully restored which serves pub snacks and a good selection of ales. There is also an award-winning fish and chip shop in the village. Just ten miles away, the market town of Ludlow is a popular place to visit and hosts annual festivals and various events year-round. From ancient castles to medieval market towns and museums, the area is steeped in history with plenty of places to visit.
