The complex consists of 3 independent villas, each boasting its own private swimming pool. The hillside location of the complex allows guests to indulge in breathtaking panoramic views of the sea and the nearby city of Heraklion, situated just 15 km away. Just beneath your feet, a charming cove awaits, inviting you for a refreshing swim, accessible via an exterior staircase. Moreover, there are several other nearby beaches, with the closest one just a brief 2-minute drive (1.7 km) away. Euphoria Villa covers 80 m2 and comfortably accommodates 4 guests in its 2 bedrooms.


Indoors
The living room welcomes you with a stylish seating area adorned with a plush corner sofa and a 55 smart TV, perfect for relaxing evenings. As you explore further, youll be enchanted by the living rooms focal point: a spacious veranda offering breathtaking sea views, inviting you to bask in the beauty of nature.


Adjacent to the living room, youll discover a fully equipped kitchen that caters to all your culinary desires, as well as an adjacent dining table for 6 with the backdrop of stunning vistas through large windows.


When its time to retire for the night, two tastefully designed bedrooms await. Each bedroom boasts a 1.60 X 2.00 bed, complemented by a 40 TV, a vanity, A/C, and a wardrobe for your convenience, as well as an en-suite bathroom with shower cabin. Both bedrooms grant access to a veranda equipped with a cozy seating area, inviting you to wake up to the mesmerizing sea views every morning.


Outdoors
The exterior of Euphoria Villa spans an expansive 150 m2 and boasts a plethora of exceptional facilities, including:
- A private, 32 sq.m. swimming pool, with a depth of 1.70 m and convenient step access. The pool area is well-appointed with 2 sun beds, a gazebo and a poolside shower for your comfort.
- For delightful culinary experiences, there are BBQ facilities featuring a charcoal grill, mini fridge, and an outdoor sink. Enjoy dining al fresco with a lovely outdoor table for 4, set under a shaded pergola.
- Relax in the outdoor hydromassage tub and enjoy the stunning sea views.
- Kick back at the outdoor sitting area, which includes a coffee table, and a cozy sofa, perfect for unwinding amidst the beautiful surroundings.
