Upon entering the property, you will find a spacious open space dining and living area with a modern kitchen.
The elegant living/dining room has a table with chairs so you can sit comfortably with your group and enjoy your meals, and a sofa and television so you can watch your favorite shows.
In the kitchen, you will find all the equipment and utensils you may need, such as a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher, microwave, oven, ceramic hob and fridge-freezer. The washing machine is located in the garage of the property.
On this floor, you can also find a WC.
On the first floor, you will find 3 bedrooms. One of the bedrooms is furnished with a double bed and en-suite, with a bathtub. The other two bedrooms, of this modern townhouse, are furnished, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds (which can be converted into a double bed). All rooms have a wardrobe and bedside tables. On this same floor, there is a bathroom.
On the top floor, the wonderful terrace with sea views will allow you to enjoy memorable moments with your family and friends. The fantastic lounge area, fully furnished with sun loungers, table and chairs, will allow you to comfortably enjoy the Algarve sun.
The two swimming pools, one for adults and one for children, belong to the common area of the condominium.
