We had a nice stay. The house is big enough for 8 but cozy enough for our family of 4. Close enough to the Park City lifts and downtown but far away enough that it's quiet. Good mudroom for gear. A very cute house with plenty of room and well stocked with towels and linens. A bathroom window needs fixing, but zero other issues. I highly recommend it.

Amazing Location, Dated House
The location is amazing, only a couple blocks from the town lift and the main strip in Park City. The place was perfect for what our group was looking for in this price range. Just know that it’s definitely an older house and is a bit tired. But, you get what you pay for. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again, but if you’re looking for 5-star accommodations this isn’t it.
Someone park in our driveway and unable to locate the owner. We had to park and walk back to the hou
Good except for someone parking in the driveway

Not prepared.for us
Upon arrival the driveway and entry walkway were covered in deep snow and ice, and it wasnt a fresh snowfall. The entry foyer had three large, open plastic bags of garbage. The upstairs bedroom window was open and the windowsill had dead bugs. The downstairs bathroom had a broken window covered with a paper bag and ducttape. The downstairs bed frame had slats not in place requiring me to fix before bed.

How much should you pay for a house with no heat?
We were excited for a few days of skiing over spring break and were a little disappointed that when we arrived in the middle of the night (after a delayed flight) the temperature in the house was 46 degrees. No worries we thought, we will bundle up and this will be resolved tomorrow. Unfortunately, the heater didn't work for our entire four night stay. The living room did warm up into the 50s once we got firewood, but that didn't help the temperature in the bathrooms or bedrooms. I have rented a lot of houses/condos through VRBO over the years and have never been as disappointed as I was with this trip. I haven't seen any refund yet and it will be interesting to see if I get one now that I have left a review. Good luck to the next visitor!
Just 2 blocks fron the town lift and town. Not for people weary of hills. The home can use some upgrades but it was perfect for us who were here for the skiing. It was by far the best bang for our buck we found.

Great Location, Neglected House with MUCH Potential
The location is amazing. The property itself had several light bulbs burnt out, cluttered entry porch; one bed was broken upon arrival; dishwasher did not clean dishes (was dirty inside upon arrival and after running a load it was the same); also washer didn’t seem to clean; trash cans full in front of property and never emptied while there; thankfully nature dumped snow while we were there (made up for the accommodations or it would have been very painful)- but we arrived to carry luggage through a couple feet of snow and had to immediately shovel to finish unloading. Property has potential- very neglected (broken tiles, fireplaces not useable, no range fan/vent) - and just seemed to lack a general effort in hospitality. There are several beds with “bedding” but exposed box spring covers; the upstairs half bathroom has an open ceiling (be advised-it’s a wooden walled box in the bedroom) so anyone sleeping in that area hears everything happening in the bathroom in the middle of the night. Good water pressure in shower and good central heating. Amazing location in the heart of the action and a short uphill walk to the town lift.
