Tastefully decorated, this charming apartment with 50m2 is close to various top attractions, stores, supermarkets and plenty of restaurants in the surrounding areas with multiple gastronomy options. It is located on the 3rd floor via stairs.

The building is situated in a unique location, accessible only by a charming pedestrian street with a series of stairs to climb.

The living room features a comfy sofa where you can relax and a wide-screen TV to watch all your favourite shows. The wood walls transmit a warm ambience, making it even more inviting.

This space also has a kitchenette fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery that you will need to whip up a delicious meal, including an electric hob, oven, microwave, and coffee machine, among other utilities.

The bedroom on the upper floor is pleasant, with a skylight window. It has a queen bed with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure guests sleep well.

Lastly, the bathroom has all the amenities you will need to freshen up, including clean towels and toiletries for your convenience.

The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

This accommodation offers an excellent location for exploring the city. Located near popular attractions such as Castelo de S. Jorge, Santa Justa Lift, and Praça Luís de Camões, guests can easily access some of Lisbon's most iconic landmarks. Additionally, the area boasts a variety of dining options, including renowned establishments like Hard Rock Cafe, Trindade, and Sacramento do Chiado. Whether you are interested in exploring historical sites or indulging in delicious cuisine, this location provides an ideal base for your adventures in Lisbon.

Situated in the vibrant neighbourhood, this property offers convenient access to various stations, including Santa Apolónia, just a 10-minute walk away, and Martim Moniz, reachable within 11 minutes on foot. With its central location, residents and visitors can easily explore the city's attractions, indulge in the local cuisine, and immerse themselves in the lively atmosphere of Lisbon.

This is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before enter into the property. Check-in can be done from 3 PM, pending availability and confirmation.

Once a reservation is confirmed, guests are requested to complete a guest registration form following the legal obligations stipulated by local authorities in Portugal.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee at minimum.

Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights, a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€.

For the first days, we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

Extra keys: 20€ (extra pair of keys when available, lost keys or service to open the door during your stay).
Extra cleaning with linen: the price of a cleaning fee.
Extra Clothing: 30€ (Towels and sheets for 2pax, i.e. when the sofa bed is not included).
