The very bright building has an excellent southern exposure with a view of the sea and Etna Volcano. It is located on the Fondachello seafront about 40 meters from the beach. The apartment is located on the third floor. (There are no lifts). By accessing through an armored door you enter a common room and from this finally to the apartment. There is also the possibility of renting the adjoining apartment (same characteristics) with 4 beds (see Fondachello Beach House1). The structure was renovated in 2019 and was supplied with new furniture. The kitchen is complete with all the necessary equipment. It is equipped with air conditioning (heat pump) in the bedroom and a ceiling fan in the living room kitchen.
