The most important monuments of the city, the historic markets Vucciria and Capo, the tourist port and the ferry terminal of Palermo are within walking distance. The train station, from which you can reach Cefalù and other places in Sicily, is a 17 minute walk away, the bus stop for the airport and city lines is 4 minutes away. By bus you can reach the beach of Mondello and Monreale.

Adjacent to the building there is an unattended paid parking lot, but it is possible to park for free in the surrounding areas.

The apartment consists of: living area with dining tables, sofa bed, work area and balcony; kitchen with balcony; two bedrooms, one with a double bed 160 x 195, walk-in closet, bathroom and access to its own balcony. The other bedroom has two 80 x 190 beds (joined/separated), a bathroom for exclusive use adjacent to the bedroom with entrance from the corridor, and access to its own balcony. A cot can be added on request.
