A stylish period house tucked away within an easy walk of Oakham town centre, railway station and Rutland Water. Lots of space to relax and chill out, where everyone can do their own thing. Private enclosed garden with outside dining and BBQ. Perfectly situated for Burghley Horse Trials and the Rutland Bird Fair. Sitting on the edge of the beautiful Rutland water nature reserve with cycling, sailing, bird watching and aqua park, Oakham is a traditional market town complete with Heritage Trail, Buttercross and Castle grounds.There are a variety of pubs and restaurants, that cater for your traditional pint to celebratory meal, and we even have our own brewery. Around Oakham are many scenic walks including the Rutland Round (68 miles of footpaths around the county boarder, with many pubs on route. Suggestions in our welcome pack.
