l'accesso al portone è a metà edificio 5 piani in su e due in giu dal portone d'ingresso si prende lascensore digitando 7 si fa una piccola rampa e ci siete

il palazzo è situato nel verde di una comunità residenziale è presente un servizio bus ma se richiesto è possibile un noleggio auto è vicino al PTE porto merci è a 15 minuti dall'acquario e centro storico di genova è a 5 minuti dalla spiaggia di voltri e a 15 minuti dalle spiaggie di spotorno, noli, varigotti
