Open your gate to breathtaking views of Sir Francis Drake Channel, the Caribbean and the luscious valley of Coral Bay. Perfect for honeymooners or couples looking for an amazing island experience. This NEW cottage is built for your comfort and will leave you with sweet memories for a lifetime. Set among beautiful flowers, palms and bay trees, this one-bedroom cottage includes a king-size bed situated to wake up and enjoy breathtaking sunrises. The bedroom includes a small sitting area and television. Choose to take a shower in your roomy walk-in shower or enjoy the view from your private outdoor shower.

IMPORTANT: Villa Celeste Vista has solar power along with two Tesla batteries for back-up power!

Relax in your own private pool, dine alfresco or sit in comfortable outdoor seating as you watch sailboats travel through the British Virgin Islands. You'll find everything you need in a large bathroom with two vanities, a kitchenette equipped with a stove, fridge and microwave and a laundry room with a washer & dryer. Your large bedroom includes a sitting area with AC, a SmartTV (no live television), and ROKU, allowing you to access your favorite streaming app. Your "living room" is outside under the porch so you can enjoy the amazing views.

Everything you need for your beach days, is supplied. You'll find beach towels, beach chairs, backpack and coolers.

You'll enjoy laid-back Coral Bay where you'll experience island life with quaint gift shops, live music, and incredible restaurants. AND, only 10 minutes away you'll find the legendary white powder beaches of the North Shore. For the more adventurous, head to the South Shore beaches and hiking trails for a completely different experience. And, your view includes Hurricane Hole, a Coral Reef National Monument, the only habitat of its kind in the Northern Hemisphere.

Note: there is another 2-bedroom villa on the same property in which you'll share the driveway and parking area but Villa Celeste Vista is completely private with a wall, gate and fencing. The other villa is down the hill (reachable by stairs) but not directly under the cottage. The other Villa is also available for rent and is called Villa Celeste Paradis; property #2278755. Please note that it's possible you will hear guests from the other villas in the neighborhood as throughout the Coral Bay Valley as it acts like an amphitheater. Also known to Coral Bay is how quiet it becomes after 10pm.

1st time in St John;s

Property what absolutely gorgeous. It was exactly as portrayed. David the host was exceptional. Ted and Lois, the owners, were on site and all 3 couldn't have been more helpful and courteous. If we go back to St Johns, we would definitely rent this house again. Wonderful views, perfect location!!

An amazing anniversary trip!

We had the most amazing experience here! The views from the property are unbelievable. The home itself was extremely clean, well maintained, and very organized. We loved that the owners provided us with coolers, beach chairs, floats, and other necessities for the beach. We will definitely be back to this property!!

AMAZING VIEWS FROM VILLA CELESTE

As the title suggests the view from the Villa is stunning. The property itself is very well appointed - the bedroom/living area is pleasant and airy, there is an excellent bathroom with large walk in shower and separate large laundry/storage area. The cosy kitchen is very well equipped and accommodated our dining in when it was too windy to sit out. The vast patio area has an excellent and well maintained bbq and plenty of quality furniture. Access to the Villa with its fabulous position requires a jeep or similar (Lois made this clear to us) as the approach road is very steep. Walking to and from Coral Bay is not an option. As keen walkers, the remoteness did not suit us as much as it will undoubtedly suit others. Having said that, we’re pleased we rented Villa Celeste, had a wonderful time and shall return to St John.

This property was amazing! Our property manager was terrific and check in was super easy. The view from the patio is absolutely beautiful. The home was clean, comfortable and in a great convenient location. The worst part of this trip was that we didn’t stay here longer. Can’t wait to go back!

Absolutely gorgeous views!!!!

We had an amazing stay at Villa Celeste! The views are absolutely amazing! The size was perfect for the two of us for our honeymoon. Joy was so responsive and incredible! Coral bay is a nice peaceful retreat away from the noise of Cruz Bay! Don’t forget your jeep rental. It was a honeymoon we won’t ever forget!

Truly was Paradise

We couldn't have enjoyed are stay more. The attention to detail (multiple electrical and USB ports), the total space, and a local contact (if needed) hands down, made this the most enjoyable rental property we have ever stayed at. We would recommend the meet & greet with Joy, especially if you plan on exploring Hurricane hole.

Couples Retreat

My husband and I went to St. John for our 20th wedding anniversary. Villa Celeste was the perfect spot to spend our week. It was extremely private and quiet but close enough to all the areas of the island we wanted to visit. The view was breathtakingly! Incredible to wake up the such beautiful sunrises each morning. Everything about the house was great! Lois provided all the necessary communication and her property manager Joy who was on island was always available for any needs. I have already recommended this property to friends and other couples we met in our travels. Hope to return at some time in the future. Would definitely stay again!

"I Left My Heart at Villa Celeste"

Be still my heart! Arriving at Villa Celeste was exhilarating! Our stay at the Villa Vista for 7 days (6 nights) was heavenly. Our views of Coral Bay, Hurricane Hole, Hanson Bay, and the British Virgin Islands were phenomenally gorgeous and Lois gifted us with a keepsake to remember our view. The patio, our private pool, and the cozy villa are relaxing and beautiful. We loved the TLC we received from the house manager, Joy who checked in on us, stayed in touch, and we joined her for Thursday Open Mike Night at Miss Lucy's. I wish I could share more about her good character, generous nature, and backup singing for Lauren's onstage music ensemble! Keep Joy in mind should you decide to have her show you around the islands on her sailboat. Rent a Jeep or a sturdy 4 wheel drive vehicle to handle the winding, vertical roads and switchbacks. You'll enjoy scenic drives, many gorgeous beaches at both Coral and Cruz Bays and a lot of good restaurants in both areas, too! We had the good fortune to do a walk-thru of the spacious "Paradis" villa that sleeps four plus more in case you have a larger group. You may be able to book both villas which will give you access to the pool at our smaller Celeste villa if your parties are together.. No matter what, both have fabulous, spacious decks overlooking the scenic Coral Bay vistas. No doubt, we'll book again should we return to St. John!

A Lovely One Bedroom

This villa is perfect if you're looking for a quiet getaway. The owner has many ammenities onsite (like coolers, hats, sunblock, beach towels, etc.) that help you to save money and are very convenient! Every morning you wake up to bird song and gorgeous views of the bay below and the outdoor shower is perfect for a post hike/beach refresh. Joy is truly great if you have any hiccups in your stay and is very responsive. I can't recommend this villa enough!

Heavenly views is right!

It’s one of the most beautiful views we’ve seen! Lois was quick to respond. Joy was very accessible and helpful - the meet and greet add on was absolutely worth it, would not have wanted to attempted the driveway on our own for the first time (took a couple days to get use to it). Villa was exactly as pictured, clean, kitchen well stocked, bed was super comfortable - we didn’t use the pool since we spent our time at the numerous beautiful beaches. We like to enjoy a cocktail or two (or three) in the evenings but didn’t want to attempt the road/driveway in the dark so we picked up food from the local market just down the hill and cooked in…making our own cocktails 😉 Had dinner at Rhumbs Lines - good food with tropical atmosphere, a tad on the pricey side. Also got to go dinner from Johnny Limes BBQ, just down the hill, great food and had live music and a jerk lobster special on Friday nights. Our favorite beaches (we like a more back vibe) were Maho (had food trucks/rentals, etc) & Hansen which is private/more remote, with some rentals and is donation so have some cash and bring your lunch or drive to skinny legs for lunch about 10 minutes away. Never made it to Lime Out but I hear it’s fun and has great tacos.

Island Perfection!

All of our boxes were checked off, and then some. The welcoming by Joy is so helpful to understand how, what and where is happening in the coral Bay Area. Actually she filled in sites and sounds for the entire island. The accommodation are impeccable! It has everything you need to unwind, relax and get to on “ Island Time” immediately. The pics on the site are spot on, the view spectacular. The breeze over the island made the evenings cool and pleasant. Sheetz were crisp, kitchen well appointed, bath area was spotless. Patio dining was perfect - enjoyed our meals with the view. The beach essentials: towels, pool noodles, coolers and chairs enhanced our exploring moments to a “T” The nights were quiet,outside of the natural sounds of the island…They make you understand that you are I. A very special place! So appreciate the opportunity that you share this special place with others! Loved our time!

Perfect dream villa

My fiancée and I came to St john to get married and enjoy our honeymoon. The Villa was absolutely perfect. It was our home away from home and felt so comfortable. We felt very safe. We had the pleasure of meeting Lois and Ted who were so warm and inviting. We also took advantage of Joy's meet and greet and she is amazing. Provided us with so many great tips which made our trip smooth and fun. It was like having family away from home. The villa has everything you could need. We used the coffee maker, beach chair, cooler with ice packs, and patio chairs the most. The views and wildlife (goats, humming birds, iguanas) were so fun to observe while sitting on the patio. We had a blast at Miss Lucys Thursday night for open mic. We will be back for sure! THANK YOU LOIS, TED AND JOY for your kindness and hard work that allows us to enjoy this slice of heaven.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at Villa Celeste last week. This is the perfect property for couples looking to stay in the Coral Bay area. It had everything we needed to enjoy our stay on St. John. One of the best perks of staying here is the property manager Joy. Joy was a tremendous resource with dining, nightlife, and snorkeling recommendations. She even sourced some local lobster that we grilled at the villa. It was fantastic. Thanks Joy! This is an outstanding property owned/managed by people who want you to have the best experience while you're there.

Best Vacation Ever

Everything about this villa and our trip to St. John was magical! The villa is exactly as described and pictured and maybe ever better! We met Joy Graw, the on-island manager, on the first evening during check-in and she was wonderful and shared lots of great tips for our trip! We went sailing and snorkeling with her and her partner Rob the next day and she also took us on her dingy to visit Lime Out the day after - both so much fun! We could not have had a better visit on the island thanks to Joy's hospitality and Lois' helpful information and amazing villa! This villa truly has the best view to wake up to every morning and everything you need. The beach towels, noodles, chairs, coolers, tumblers, etc. that were provided were so great and we used it all everyday on our trips to the beach! Thank you Joy, Rob, and Lois for your kindness and hospitality! We can't wait to visit St. John again! :)

Perfection in paradise!

The pictures simply do not do it justice. The view is stunning and the property is very well equipped. The host and property manager were extremely responsive and went out of their way to make our trip celebrating a milestone birthday extraordinary. We can't wait to return!

My husband and I have been visiting St John since 1992. We fell in love with this beautiful island and couldn't wait to build a property. We've traveled the world but St John keeps calling us back. We currently live in Missouri and make it to our property about 3 months a year.
We love sharing our villa and do our best to accommodate every need. Having visited over 100 short-term villas, we take note and are constantly trying to improve our own villa.

We love the Coral Bay community. The views from our property are breath-taking. We love being on the quiet side of the island, where you are closest to all the best beaches. Trivia night (Johnnie Lime) and open mic night (Miss Lucy's) are a few of our favorite things to do. We get to mix with locals and tourists alike.
