About this property
Exceptional residential barge 2-3 bedroom suites
A truly exceptional 200 m2 residential barge in Central London with wide ranging river Thames views & spectacular sunsets, at the entrance of Wandsworth Park. The barge is home to a distinctive art collection & art deco furniture. Huge outdoor space, back and front decks, and a massive upper deck with garden furniture and climbing plants. Watch the ducks and swans swim by from the large wrap-round windows on both floors of the barge (upper floor living + kitchen; lower floor bedrooms & study).
The space
The barge is exceptionally spacious, especially compared to any London apartment. Two en-suite bedrooms, (one bathroom with a rain shower and separate tub; the other with a handheld shower) and a guest WC. A third bunk bedroom, currently used for storage, can be made available on request
A very large office/entertaining space on lower deck with huge windows.
On upper deck is an open plan living room and full equipped kitchen with induction stove and all appliances. Separate laundry room. Finally, the upper open deck has lots of garden furniture for drinks or dinner al fresco and sweeping views across London.
Guest access
The guests will have full access of the barge with the exception of a closet containing personal items
Other things to note
The barge comes with a weekly cleaner included in the price
