Eco Secluded hand built stone house in an oasis

Eco friendly,peaceful, with positive loving vibes.
A hand built beautiful stone house where our family have put lots of effort and love into it.
I personally collected every stone that is in the house and did most of the work.
This house is meant to accommodate friendly couples,groups or families ( NOT suitable for children under 12)who want to spend their vacations together and need the space to be free and share their desires with the necessary privacy, yet also being close to the village for ease of access. It's really an ideal location.

The beach is accessible by foot only and it's 180 metres away.
Important to notice here, we are unlike major hotels who choose to destroy nature for the sake of profit.
THERE HAS BEEN ABSOLUTELY NO INTERVENTION OR DESTRUCTION OF THE NATURAL SURROUNDINGS HERE WHICH LAND BELONGS TO GOVERMENT AND HAS BEEN LEFT ALONE TO TURN INTO A BEACH FOREST. My family is very respectful of the sacred land here and thus haven't poured concrete or violated it in any way so we must inform everyone coming that the way to the beach is a Sandy hill so your feet will get Sandy, and if going to the beach or to the village via the beach at night,you will need flashlights which we provide.

It's surrounded by a mix of wild junipers and 45 year old pine and Cyprus trees planted by the owners family
The trees give privacy to the area, it's ideal for those who also like nudism.

The house is quite large,has a large terrace, outside cold and hot shower- perfect for those hot summer days-, a large hammock under a large olive tree
We have added a wonderful hot tub(ONLY COLD WATER DURING RENTING SEASON) outside which comfortably fits 4 people. It has strong hydromassage jets and is always on waiting for you.
in this area you will also find the extra large outdoor 7 meter size screen accompanied by high quality projector to enjoy larger than life movies on( to be used after arranging with owner-not on your own to avoid any accidents with the hardware).
we have also added another deck/balcony of 50m2 on the upper floor which you can access only from the second floor living room window.
here you can find the sunbeds as this area is very sunny and perfect for sunbathing.

The kitchen is very spacious , a group of people can have fun having cooking parties as the space is more than enough.
the oven is large 90cm wide with 5 burners all lpg powered
Lots of utilities are available ( toaster, fridge,oven,stove,blender, juicer etc).
The one bathroom has shower only( no tub), and the other bathroom has a large two person tub.

The house is very spacious, with almost all of the ground floor being a combined space( except bathroom).
A huge open living room area with a 86" 4k/120hz TV with Netflix, a ps4 with 15 games ( please do not update the software on it) and a wonderful high quality tokuyo MASSAGE CHAIR await you for fun times.
The large couch is Π shaped.
The three bedrooms are a comfortable size with a large closet space,1X KING AND 2X queen mattress WITHOUT SPRINGS. One bedroom faces east, the other West, the other South. Outside the bedrooms is the secondary living room space with comfy couches.
Outside there is plenty of space to park, with a roofed area to put your car under, and a huge area to sit under trees.

The nearest village is mastihari, which is 8 minutes by foot via beach pedestrian pathway or 15 minutes by foot via main road. All restaurants, cafes, ATMs, car rentals can be found there, and of course if you need recommendations or any help me and my wife are available.
We can connect you to rental car services, and other help you may need through private communication.
couples and singles massages can be arranged upon request as well.( And highly recommended)

we are complete surrounded by trees for privacy from main road and surrounding views.
yet, the village of mastihari is close by, so car rentals, atms, restaraunts, cafes, wind surfing are all nearby.

this house was built with blood,sweat pain and lots of love.
We expect the people who rent it to treat it with respect and we ask that if you can't understand this please don't book with us, thank you.

Please understand that there are many details we need to explain to you regarding the way things work, so this is why we spend 15 to 20 minutes with you during check in.
we realize it might be a bit of a hassle but it's important to make sure a smooth stay and to avoid issues😊
during check in the rules are explained to you clearly and there is no excuse if during check out the house is found out of order or with damages.
we check the house condition just before your departure so as to avoid any conflicts, so please schedule for those 10 minutes before leaving, thank you for your understanding.

KEEP THE PLACE CLEAN
details:
PLEASE TRY to leave the house as close as possible to the same condition you entered.
specifically:

1. towels ,sheets,laundry is placed in the laundry bin.
2. all dishes washed( use dishwasher) ( no need to place them back in the cupboard)
3. kitchen countertop,table wiped clean
4. toilet bowl left in decent condition
5. trash emptied and placed in big trash bin at the main gate.

About massage chair:
1.ONLY USE THE PROGRAMS" MANIPULATION or RECOVERY".
OTHER PROGRAMS CAUSE PROBLEMS TO THE SYSTEM.
2. MAXIMUM USE PER TIME: 20 MINUTES
ALLOW 15 MINUTES REST TIME( TURN OFF)
BEFORE USING AGAIN.
MAXIMUM USE PER DAY: 1.5 HOURS
3. MAXIMUM WEIGHT: 110 KG
4. PLEASE BE CLEAN BEFORE USING CHAIR.
( NO SAND, DIRT ETC)
5. WAIT UNTIL CHAIR HAS RETURNED TO
ORIGINAL POSITION BEFORE GETTING ON OR Off.

About outdoor Jacuzzi:
Please do not use lotions of any kind while in water. (suntan lotion, mosquito repellant oils, creams, etcetc).
Please shower before entering and make sure your bathing suits(if wearing any) are free of sand and debris in pockets.
Our spa uses a combination of active oxygen and UV light to keep the water clean
We also add all in one Chlorine tablets in our hot tub.
The water is fully drained and the tub is cleaned and refilled after each reservation completes.



About TV:
The TV does NOT move from the wall please don't try it.
Please don't wipe or touch the screen.

About projector:
the outdoor cinema and projector are to be used after arranging with us, not on your own. You can let us know the night you wish to watch a film and we set it up for you. Please bring your own media player to connect through HDMI
