Pleasant apartment on the ground floor in a holiday house consisting of 2 apartments. The house is idyllically situated by the Lavangen fjord with a magnificent view of the beautiful fjord landscape and the northern lights during winter. Sunny plot. The apartment is pleasantly furnished and consists of living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds. In the living room, there is a heat pump and a wood-burning stove for comfortable heat even on cold days. Free internet/wifi with large capacity, Apple TV. Spacious terrace with outdoor furniture and barbecue. From the living room and the terrace, you can enjoy the magnificent view towards the beautiful fjord landscape to the south. In winter, the Northern Lights/Aurora Polaris in all shades of color in the sky is a wonderful experience. The plot and area are sunny. 80 m to the fjord with a long shoreline where you can fish with a pole. In addition to regular sea fish, you can also catch salmon and sea trout on the hook. In winter, ice fishing on the fjord is possible. 2 km to Spansdalselva where salmon can be fished against the purchase of a fishing licence. Several fishing lakes in the area. Great hiking terrain for the whole family, e.g. the hiking trail Midnattssoltrappa up the mountain to Spanstinden with fantastic views from the top. In Spansdalen, Henrikafossen is a great sight with its large waterfall down the mountainside. Good starting point for day trips by car to Senja, Vesterålen and Lofoten. Round trips can be made by taking the car ferry from Gryllefjord on Senja to Andenes. At Andenes, you can take a whale safari by boat and experience the big whales up close. Day trips can also be made to the Arctic city of Tromsø in the north. 70 km to Bardufoss airport, 82 km to Harstad-Narvik airport, 200 km to Tromsø airport. Car rental available at the airports. Parking by the house. 2 km to grocery shop. The house is located close to road 84 and some traffic noise must be expected.
