Opened in 2017, Westin Nanea Ocean Villas is the 3rd of the Vistana Ka'anapali resorts with deluxe amenities just steps from the award winning North Beach on Maui. Snorkeling, paddle boarding, or sun bathing on the beach anytime! Relaxing poolside, enjoying cocktails and whale watching is a good afternoon! Also an excellent Kid's Klub for the little ones!
Restaurants on site and within walking distance along a groomed boardwalk. Spa and fitness on site! Shopping in Lahaina Town or Whaler's Village accessible by shuttle! Gorgeous resort grounds!

Great Time in Maui!

We were a group of about 13 people and we sure enjoyed the Aloha Spirit that is alive and well! Prayers continue for those displaced- recovery will take a long time.

Beautiful resort, and great location in Maui

I had a great experience working with the host Kathe for our vacation property rental. She is very responsive and helpful, and I would highly recommend her for anyone looking for a vacation rental in Maui. This Westin property is very new and modern, and the location is amazing. An adde bonus is that you can also use the amenities at the sister properties nearby. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Didn’t stay long enough!

We stayed at the property with some family and our two children and really we could not have found a better place to call home a week! Not only was the unit beautiful, but the amenities accessible made a stress free vacation, especially with a 9 month old and 4 year old. We’re already planning a time to go back, but it will only be when we can rent this place again.

Lovely accommodation in the perfect location

We had a wonderful time in Maui. The resort is beautiful with amazing beaches all around and easy access to lots of great restaurants and activities. We could not have asked for better communication from Kathe, we were originally scheduled to go just as all the Covid lockdowns started and she was amazing at helping us reschedule the trip.

An amazing family vacation in the perfect spot!

We were so pleasantly surprised by the Westin Nenea Villa and especially our unit. We loved the view, and the spacious bedrooms and bathrooms ! We will stay here on our next trip to Maui. The property owner, Kathy, was very gracious and sent us all kinds of helpful hints prior to our arrival and gave us many great recommendations, that helped us. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were so impressed with the concierge, who we used many times. The beach attendant who carried our chairs to he beach was so friendly and went above and beyond what we expected each day of our stay! We will carry these memories with us for a long time. We defiantly recommend this resort and especially our unit as the view was fantastic.

Absolutely gorgeous property but poorly operated.

From the moment we arrived it was obvious that the resort was purposely under staffed. Front desk, restaurant, cabana help, management and especially the housekeeping department. Our stay was negatively effected due to the numerous times we had to demand service and how much time was wasted attempting to reach management. Even after proper personnel was notified problems continued and staff would simply complain that they didn’t have any help. I saw sooo many sales people on the property selling timeshares but obviously not enough staff running the day to day operations.

We live in northern California and love the Hawaiian Islands. Maui is our favorite because of the food, the friendly folks who live here, and the fantastic beaches! Every year we bring family or friends with us.

We have to visit Maui at least once a year to unwind and relax. Hiking and motorbiking the Road to Hana are things we love to do. My husband enjoys bicycling on the great roads and even bikes to the top of Haleakala!

Why they chose this property

We love Maui! We love Ka'anapali particularly. We purchased our first Westin Ka'anapali Ocean Resort villa in 2001 before it opened in 2003! We couldn't wait to visit this beautiful beach and part of Maui. We go every year! We really love whale watching from the beach at the resort. The luxury surroundings make this a special place to visit. It is like coming home to Hawaii every year. There is nothing else like the smell of the sweet plumeria blossoms and the fresh salt air!

Now we've expanded to owning 2 locations on this gorgeous North Beach - KOR & Nanea that just opened in 2017. We want to share our wonderful experience with more vacationers.
