WOODEN HOUSE DESCRIPTION

Welcome to Finca la Rosa del Zángano, a cozy wooden accommodation that will make you feel the tranquility of a rural environment without losing the proximity of a big city like Alhaurín el Grande. Its excellent location will allow you to have all types of businesses, shops, restaurants, fashion, and leisure just a ten-minute walk away.

Mature trees, which provide plenty of shade, ample space for your children and to play with them. A fenced pool that will increase your peace of mind and security for your children. The pool is accompanied by sun loungers and umbrellas. There's also a barbecue zone. This accommodation has everything you need for your vacation. As soon as you enter the accommodation plot you will see that there are two houses, one the main one which is the wooden house and another small bungalow that will only open if the occupancy exceeds 4 people.

The wooden house, cozy and with a small terrace of 15 square meters, has at its entrance a separate kitchen where you can make all kinds of meals without any problem, thanks to the complete household items that the accommodation offers. The accommodation's living room, spacious, conditioned and comfortable, is prepared to make your meetings cozy and enjoyable. You will not forget the gatherings with your family in this warm and welcoming atmosphere.

With two rooms, one of them with a double bed and air conditioning, they are bright and very comfortable. Your rest is guaranteed thanks to the great qualities offered by the accommodation. The other room has two single beds.

The spacious bathroom with a bathtub has everything you need to make your bathroom and that of your family practical and comfortable.

As we have mentioned before, THE BUNGALOW, which has a double bed and a bathroom with a shower, is only available if there are more than 4 travelers. That is, only FROM 5 PEOPLE will this room be available. This bungalow has air conditioning.
