A light and welcoming parquet introduces the large and bright living and dining area, overlooking a winter garden furnished with chairs and a table (please do not smoke inside).
Modern and equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa that opens for the night.

Bathroom with large shower, decorated with fine finishes in shades of black.
In the sleeping area you will find a comfortable double bed and a large wardrobe.

The apartment is equipped with Velux windows on the ceiling, to ensure maximum brightness, free Wifi, garden / veranda, air conditioning in the living room and in the bedroom.


How to pick up the keys:

- Check in: from 3:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. you will receive the keys directly at home by scheduling an appointment with the Hostmate Team at the time of registration, which we will confirm as soon as possible.

-Option "Make an Appointment" : from 18:00 you can receive the keys directly at home by scheduling an appointment with the Hostmate Team at the time of registration which we will confirm as soon as possible. Please note that there is a fee for this service and it must be made no later than 6:00 pm on the day before arrival.

Cost of service:

-Late check-in 18:00 - 21:00: at a cost of 20€ (VAT included),
-Late check-in 21:00 - 00:00 at a cost of 40€ (VAT included).

How it works:

-At booking confirmation you will receive a message on chat containing a link to access registration. Follow the indicated steps and register the data of all staying guests (this process is very important and required by law). You can find all the information at lodgingweb.poliziadistato.


Other important info:


- Take care of the house as if it were your own; all items inside must be returned in the same condition as they were on the day you arrived. In case of damage, you will be responsible for the cost of the item or repair.
-Damaging the lock, losing or breaking the keys will result in an additional cost ranging from 100€ to 500€ to be borne by the guest.
- We inform guests that the facility does not provide soaps and detergents.


Please leave the house tidy, with garbage divided as indicated in the recycling instructions. In case of additional cleaning and/or non-compliance, costs will be charged to the guest. Thank you for your time, we look forward to seeing you.
