About the host
Hosted by Heba Cook

My name is Heba, I originate from Cairo, Egypt. I immigrated to Great Britain in my early twenties, made a full life there for 22 years, then it was time to move on, so I did. I moved to the province of Cadiz Andalusia late 2013 to make new beginnings in the sun. With hard work and dedication, I have been self employed, running my small business, since August 2015. I am a chemical free Cosmetologist, I work with natural and carefully sourced organic grade ingredients, Masseuse, & Sugarist, and a Middle-Eastern Cook, I teach the previous. I cook from scratch and enjoy it, I suppose I have never known anything else. Having being raised in Egypt, I love to host, & feed others, there is nothing better than good company gathered over good food. So, in short, I owe it all to my roots.
I am a firm believer that we are what we eat, do and think. I can hold a conversation in Spanish, but my verbs aren't reliable. Do let me know if I can be of any help if you any queries or special requests. Happy to help.
