Residenza Gattoni is at your disposal for a relaxing stay in Omegna on the beautiful Lake Orta, located in a central and quiet area 300 meters from the Omegna train station, 400 meters from the hospital and 700 meters from the lakefront and the center. About 400 meters away you will find a bakery, ice cream shop, pastry shop, pizzeria, pharmacy, newsagent, Savoini supermarket as well as numerous bars and restaurants. The apartment is spacious 70 m² quiet and sunny, can comfortably accommodate 6 people, completely renovated and newly furnished, independent heating with new condensing boiler and thermostat to adjust the temperature as desired. It is located on the 2nd floor without a lift of a quiet building with an internal garden, it consists of a large room of about 20 m² with a double bed 160 x 190 and a double sofa bed 160 x 200, a large living room with a double sofa bed 140x200, a TV and a dining area with a table and chairs, a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for cooking, an oven, a hob, a fridge with freezer and a dishwasher, an e.s.e. coffee pod machine and a kettle, a bathroom with a shower, toilet and washing machine, a corridor and a balcony with a lake view overlooking the garden of the building. Shampoo, shower gel, hairdryer, towels, bathrobes and bed linen are provided free of charge by the property, as well as wifi, air conditioning and a reserved garage parking space included in the price.
