Contemporary family villa with 4 bedrooms, each one has its own bathroom, 2 toilets, large spaces, easy to live in, surrounded by greenery, lots of light, a bath of light!
Upstairs, 1 master bedroom and its bathroom in a row. Separate toilet, one
small cozy office. Fully equipped kitchen and a large 45m2 living and dining room, extended due south to a 30m2 terrace, overlooking the garden with a table for 8 people in the shade of a plane tree, peace and quiet guaranteed.
On the garden level, a second living room with bar and kitchen. 3 bedrooms each with its bathroom, one with bath. Separate WC.

You can park easily and for free in front of the house, no need to take the car: shops, beaches, surfing and town center on foot.

Great house in great location

Very nice house in a quiet street, practical with 4 bedrooms all with en-suite shower. Nice kitchen and plenty of space both indoors and outdoors. The house is within a short walking distance (300 meters) from bakery, and Carrefur supermarket, restaurants etc. Only 900 meters to both Cote des Basques and city beach. Bus stops close to the house makes getting around easy. No car needed. Sylvaine and Arnauld are very nice hosts who made sure that our stay was comfortable. Absolutely recommended!

Beautiful house in a close and calm area

A really nice house with a lovely patio and well maintained garden. Apart from the entrance room on the lower floor all areas of the house was newly renovated and well designed. We especially appreciated that all bedrooms had their own bathroom. The house is located in a calm area about 15 min walk from Grand Plague and 5 min walk to the closest super market. The cleaning of the house when we arrived could have been better and a TV and a microwave oven would have been great. Otherwise everything was super! We would definitley come back here next time in Biarritz.

Villa très agréable.

Notre séjour a été excellent. Nous avons apprécié le calme et le confort de cette très jolie villa tout près du centre de biarritz. Le jardin est idéal pour se relaxer ou déjeuner à plusieurs. Super séjour.

Vacances d’octobre 2022

Maison parfaite pour famille et amis. A proximité du centre et des plages, possibilité de tout faire à pieds. Maison bien équipée et joliment décorée : jardin, table de ping-pong, douche extérieure, livres… ont fait le bonheur des surfeurs, enfants, ados et adultes! Nous avons passé une superbe semaine à Biarritz dans cette location. Merci à Sylvaine pour sa disponibilité et son accueil.

Une maison magnifique au coeur de Biarritz

La maison est très belle, décorée avec beaucoup de goût, spacieuse, entourée d'un jardin. Son organisation permet la convivialité mais elle offre aussi la possibilité d'y trouver des espaces pour travailler sans bruit ... pour ceux qui n'ont pu y échapper... Sa situation en impasse permet de bénéficier du calme du quartier et du confort de stationnement tout en étant à proximité à pied des plages et du centre de Biarritz. L'accueil des hôtes a été très sympathique et arrangeant pour la dépose des bagages à l'arrivée. En bref ... l'envie d'y revenir!

Modern vibes in calm city center

Such a nice oasis hidden in the center of Biarritz. The property was cozy, well-equipped for rental needs and was close to everything in Biarritz like Les Halles and the beach. The garden is quite private and the rooms each with their own shower is a nice plus. The owner was able to get a baby bed last minute which was really kind; the house and outdoor areas have a lot of steep stairs so those with small children will need to stay vigilant.

Tolles, großes, zentral, aber ruhig gelegenes Haus mit wunderschönem Garten

Das Haus ist sehr gepflegt, geschmackvoll eingerichtet und von einem komplett umzäunten Garten umgeben, was für unseren Hund (aber natürlich auch für Kleinkinder) perfekt ist. Die Ausstattung ist gut, es gibt einen guten Tischtennis-Tisch und sehr viele Sitzmöglichkeiten drinnen und draußen, sodass man sich bei jedem Wetter wohl fühlt. Auch die Lage ist perfekt, man ist zu Fuß in 5 Minuten in der Innenstadt mit unzähligen Restaurants und Cafés und in 10 Minuten an beiden Stränden. Ein sehr guter Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt liegen drei Fußminuten entfernt. Das Haus befindet sich in einer sehr ruhigen Sackgasse, wo wir immer mit zwei Autos Parkplätze gefunden haben. Auch als Ausgangspunkt zu den etwas weiter entfernten Stränden Milady und in Anglet sowie für Wanderausflüge in die Pyrenäen oder für Städtetouren nach Bayonne, St. Jean oder Guethary ist das Haus perfekt. Wir haben zu siebt plus Hund drei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus gewohnt und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Gerne wieder!

Très chouette séjour dans une maison conviviale et très joliment décorée

Une semaine très agréable dans une belle maison très pratique et chaleureuse idéalement située dans Biarritz au calme. Nous avons passé en famille de très bons moments. Très beau séjour clair et salle à manger donnant sur une belle terrasse. Les chambres ont chacune leur salle de bain ce qui permet à chacun d’avoir son indépendance.

Prestation parfaitement en accord avec la description de l'annonce. L'ensemble des pièces sont parfaitement pensées et adaptées à l'accueil de familles! Les pièces à vivre sont très agréables,ainsi que la terrasse idéalement exposée! L'environnement est très calme et le voisinage discrèt. Précision non négligeable,on peut tout faire à pied ou presque (plages,Halles de Biarritz etc). Très belle prestation nous reviendrons!

Maison rénovée avec caractère "on s'y sent bien". Idéalement située dans une résidence au calme tout près du centre ville. La terrasse, bien exposée, permet de prolonger le plaisir des repas partagés. Le jardin offre le bonheur de s'allonger sur un transat après une belle séance de surf (10 minutes à pied du 1er spot!). Que du bonheur en famille, belle suite parentale, ou entre amis grâce aux 4 chambres. Au plaisir de revenir se ressourcer ici.

Formidable

Notre séjour fut idyllique. Vraiment content d'avoir pu louer cette maison, merci. Elle est bien placée, à 5mn de tout à pied, calme, lumineuse, propre, facile à vivre, moderne et les propriétaires sont disponibles et conciliants. Les grandes baies vitrées donnent accès très facilement à la terrasse et permettent au salon d'être en permanence dans la verdure. La chambre principale à l'étage est bien séparée des trois chambres du bas, ce qui laisse une grande autonomie à chacun. Chaque chambre a sa salle de bain, c'est vraiment sympa. La déco est cool, originale et dans l'air du temps comme la vaisselle design qui apporte un plus à l’agrément de son séjour. Bravo, J’ai bien aimé dans le jardin les différents espaces où on peut s’isoler pour lire. Si on vient à plusieurs, on n’est pas les uns sur les autres, c’est un plus non négligeable. On peut ne pas avoir de voiture, ce n'est pas un problème. Un bus en bas de la rue peut vous emmener dans tous le pays basque, nous l’avons utilisé, ça fonctionne bien. La ville est riche en événements, ne manque pas de restaurants ou d’endroits agréables. Un must que j’ai découvert est d’aller prendre son petit café le matin au marché à 5mn à pied de la maison pour y goûter l’ambiance vivante et festive, présente parait-il tout au long de l’année. J’ai adoré, j’espère pouvoir revenir bientôt, mais comme tous les bons produits, elle est prise d'assaut.
