As you enter, the traditional oak beams and stone feature walls in the lounge transport you to a bygone era, creating a cosy atmosphere where you can unwind on comfy sofas while watching your favourite shows on the Smart TV in front of the wood burning stove. The kitchen is a work of art, with upcycled hand-painted units and a large range featuring a gas stove and electric oven. You’ll find modern conveniences set against the backdrop of a breakfast bar crafted from an old captain’s table and hand-illustrated for that extra touch of character. The recycled and hand crafted wood and zink worktops, add to the cottage’s unique appeal, as do the window ledges that boast their own story.
Upstairs, you’ll find two charming bedrooms. The first is a double room adorned with beams. The second bedroom features a hand-made triple bunk bed with a small double on the bottom and a single on top. Even the curtain poles are fashioned from natural branches, adding to the cottage’s quirky charm. The bathroom has an Indian Kadai fire bowl as a sink, a corner shower cubicle with a power shower and toilet.
Outside, a patio area awaits, perfect for sipping your morning coffee or enjoying al fresco meals. Ingleton is surrounded by impressive mountains, caves and waterfalls. Whether you’re looking for a relaxing holiday or an adventurous one, Ingleton offers the perfect location to meet every need.
