Spend Your Summer In Montauk

Our newly built home in Montauk home is comfortable and relaxing. Located on a quiet residential road, we are one of only 3 houses so you will have the privacy and calming atmosphere you deserve. Plenty of sunlight and surrounded by nature, you and your family will enjoy spending time in our home this summer.

The first floor offers an open concept to ensure no fun times are missed. The house offers two master bedroom suites (one upstairs and one on the first floor), both with full bathrooms (downstairs has a large walk in shower while upstairs has a shower and a large soaker tub) and large walk in closets. There are two additional bedrooms located upstairs, one offering a full size bed. The other room has twin beds; these two rooms are joined by a full bathroom. The house also offers two separate laundry facilities, one upstairs and on downstairs. The kitchen is a great place to entertain with an island seating up to 5, while the dining room offers a beautiful handmade table seating 8-10. The living room and upstairs master bedroom offer flat screen smart tvs and the downstairs master has a small flatscreen tv. There is a private deck off of the upstairs master bedroom which provides the perfect spot to watch both the sunrise and sunset. Our home is located just off West Lake Drive, near Montauk Downs Golf Course, and a short drive into town, the marina, or to many of the beaches including Ditch Plains.

The perfect getaway

Great Week in Montauk

The house was charming and had a lot of character. Centrally located in a beautiful neighborhood north of town. A few minutes drive from everything. Our host, Sara, was fantastic and very accommodating. She even hand-delivered us a new blender! We will be back!

Best play in Montauk

Owner is amazing. Friendly. Treated us like we were staying at a 5 star resort. Prompt assistance with all questions. Provided recommendations for food, shopping etc. Helped arrange babysitters for other friends in town with us to attend wedding. Conveniently located. Can run or cycle into town or the Lighthouse. House is spectacular.

Amazing house & host!

We had an amazing stay here!! It was the perfect house for a girls weekend and is even more beautiful in person. The house is centrally located in Montauk close to the beach, restaurants, and shops. It is very spacious and comfortable for a group! Sara was such a kind and accommodating host, and was so easy to communicate with. She also provided great recommendations for us and was so helpful with answering all of our questions. We would definitely stay here again in the future - thank you Sara!!

This house is perfect!

The house is even better than the pictures. It's so clean and spacious and was so perfect for our group. The location is great and super close to everything you need. Sara was the best host and very easy to contact. She made sure we would have a great weekend with everything the home had to offer! Looking forward to spending another weekend here in the future!
