A Picturesque Well Situated Getaway

This is such a lovely spot. It is perfect for traveling the west coast of Ireland. We wandered up and down the coast and came home every day to gorgeous surroundings and beautiful sunsets that we watched from the upper garden. We loved the beautiful old thatched roofed main house and the convenience of two full kitchens. The house is nestled among sheep and cow pastures across from the remains of an old tower. I wish I could include photos in my review! It couldn’t have been more picturesque. Mai and Jim were so kind, welcoming and helpful during our stay. We highly recommend them as hosts. My only regret is that I never took a bubble bath in the amazing claw footed tub that was located in one of the three full bathrooms.

A little piece of Heaven

‘Annies’ cottage is a delight, the owners have done an excellent job maintaining the historical character of the cottage. A wonderfully preserved house of a bygone era. By far one of the best places we have stayed in 30+ years of travel. We look forward to staying there again at some point.
