Located on one of the most noble streets in the city, parallel to Avenida Alfonso XII and on the corner of Calle Alcalá, just a few steps from iconic places in Madrid such as the famous Puerta de Alcalá, Parque del Retiro, Plaza Cibeles or Calle Serrano.

In this area, known for its exclusive high-end offering, it has many of the city\'s most well-known restaurants and shops. In addition, you can walk to several of Madrid\'s most important museums, thus enjoying its cultural heritage.

The apartment:

This beautiful apartment is located on the first floor of a building with a lift that reaches the mezzanines and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Characterised by its classic French style, with original mouldings on walls and ceilings that match an elegant wooden floor, this apartment stands out as the perfect option for those looking for comfort, style and luxury in the same place.

The spacious living room, which also incorporates the dining area, enjoys beautiful natural light thanks to its three superb French-style balconies with external views. It has two double sofa beds, a Smart TV and several armchairs and decorative details that give it a modern and pleasant character for all our guests.

The apartment has three double bedrooms and three full bathrooms with showers, two of them en-suite. The master bedroom has a double bed and the other two bedrooms have two single beds each. The bedrooms enjoy a lot of peace and quiet thanks to their location on the interior side of the property.

The kitchen is fully equipped with essential items such as a fridge, oven, dishwasher and other appliances. It also has a large round dining table, perfect for enjoying at any time of the day.

This accommodation has WIFI connection, television, heating and ceiling fans in all rooms and air conditioning in the living room.

The cot is subject to availability. Please notify us no later than 5 days in advance.

Important: in the case of bookings of 30 nights or more, a seasonal rental contract will need to be signed.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR that must be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.
