Located right in the city center next to Calea Victoriei, the Rooftop Studio offers free WiFi, air conditioning, smart TV, dedicated Netflix account, clothes washing machine, Nespresso coffee maker with milk foam device, kitchinette, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, iron with ironing board. The view of the studio includes renowned landmarks and you will be within walking distance from the most famous social and cultural hot spots such as the old city center, parks, restaurants and museums.

The studio has a surface of 18 square meters. It has 1 bedroom, 1 bathroom, and 1 kitchenette.

The studio is located at the 6th and a half floor.

- We kindly ask that you respect our designated quiet hours (22:00-8:00, 13:00-14:00) and check-in (16:00-21:00) and check-out (9:00-11:00) windows.
- Please note that early check-ins or late check-outs will be subject to an additional fee.
- Smoking indoors is strictly prohibit. Please note that a penalty fee of 500 RON will apply for indoor smoking.
- No pets or parties are allowed.
- For stays over 7 nights, additional cleaning to change linens, towels, and toiletries, will be scheduled and charge to the guest.
- If you need on-site support outside of check-in hours due to reasons caused by the guest, an additional fee of 500 RON will apply.
- If you require an invoice for your stay, please let us know before confirming your booking.
