This spacious and bright apartment with space for up to 9 people is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, which makes it accessible and convenient for any family.
It has two spacious rooms. One of them has a sofa and integrates the dining area, while the second living room stands out for its three beautiful French-style balconies that offer views of the main street and a comfortable large sofa to share moments with the whole family.
It consists of four bedrooms divided as follows: the main one offers a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, and also has a spacious loft accessible by stairs that lead to a space specially designed for work; the second bedroom has a spacious double bed; The third room offers a cozy space with two single beds and a loft accessible by stairs that also has a double bed, ideal for small families who want to share the space; while the fourth bedroom consists of a single bed with a toilet and shower, perfect for privacy.
In addition, the apartment has an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring that all guests have enough space for toileting.
For its part, the modern, fully equipped kitchen has a luxurious island with a ceramic hob and a natural vertical wall that together provide an atmosphere of comfort and luxury to the space.

Please note that to access the apartment by private vehicle you must have the corresponding approval from the General Directorate of Municipal Traffic (DGT). Otherwise you will only be able to access the apartment on foot, or by public transport, taxi or VTC. MIT House is not responsible for any municipal sanctions in this regard.
