This spacious and bright apartment with space for up to 9 people is located on the second floor of a building with an elevator, which makes it accessible and convenient for any family.
It has two spacious rooms. One of them has a sofa and integrates the dining area, while the second living room stands out for its three beautiful French-style balconies that offer views of the main street and a comfortable large sofa to share moments with the whole family.
It consists of four bedrooms divided as follows: the main one offers a double bed and a private bathroom with bathtub and shower, and also has a spacious loft accessible by stairs that lead to a space specially designed for work; the second bedroom has a spacious double bed; The third room offers a cozy space with two single beds and a loft accessible by stairs that also has a double bed, ideal for small families who want to share the space; while the fourth bedroom consists of a single bed with a toilet and shower, perfect for privacy.
In addition, the apartment has an additional bathroom with a bathtub, ensuring that all guests have enough space for toileting.
For its part, the modern, fully equipped kitchen has a luxurious island with a ceramic hob and a natural vertical wall that together provide an atmosphere of comfort and luxury to the space.
