In addition to being historically one of the most traditional residential areas of Madrid, Canillejas is currently one of the sectors with the most development in Madrid, thanks to the tranquility it offers its residents, its interesting real estate and commercial offer and its close location to strategic places in the city such as the Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport and the IFEMA Madrid fairgrounds.

It is a residential neighbourhood that borders the Quinta de Torre Arias park, a landscaped space populated by almond and cedar trees that surround a century-old palace. The Canillejas park is also located in the area, which has an open-air auditorium where music concerts and cultural festivals are held; and the famous Metropolitano Stadium, the training base of Atlético Madrid, one of the best teams in Spain.

This area also has a fast and comfortable connection to the centre of Madrid and the rest of the city thanks to the Canillejas bus interchange and the Torre Arias and Canillejas metro stations (direct line to Gran Vía).

The Apartment:

This bright and cosy apartment is located on the first floor of a quiet building without a lift and can accommodate up to 6 guests.

The spacious living room, which also incorporates the dining area, has a large and pleasant balcony, a Smart TV and a double sofa bed. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances and implements and also has a pleasant balcony that brings a lot of light to the space.

The accommodation has two comfortable bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. It also has a spacious and modern full bathroom with a shower.

The apartment has air conditioning in all spaces.
