Located very close to Príncipe de Vergara Street, one of the most exclusive and prestigious areas of Madrid, situated in the north of the Salamanca district and bordering the Chamartín neighbourhood.

The area has a mix of luxury residential buildings, with a wide variety of fashion shops, restaurants, bars and green spaces such as the Berlín Park in a very cosmopolitan environment to make the most of the city.

The apartment:

This cosy apartment for up to 6 people, located on the first floor of a building without a lift, is an excellent choice for families who want a comfortable and convenient stay in an accessible location.

The living-dining room is a bright space with a double sofa bed, TV and dining table, perfect for spending time with your loved ones, with direct access to the fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances and cooking utensils.

It has two comfortable bedrooms, each equipped with two double beds, providing a relaxing environment for a good night\'s rest. One of the bedrooms has its own shower bathroom, providing additional privacy. There is also another full bathroom with a shower near the living room.

This accommodation has WIFI, heating and TV.

Respect: In order to ensure good coexistence and respect for the neighbours and residents, this apartment is equipped with a 24-hour noise monitoring system. Guests are required to comply with the established rest hours at all times.

The check-in process involves mandatory online registration of each guest prior to accessing the apartment. Please note that a late check-in from 21:00 to 02:00 incurs a supplement of 50 EUR, which must be paid in cash.

Please contact our team 48 hours before your arrival and follow the instructions provided to you at all times. It will be essential to have a mobile device with a call service. On the day of your check-in you must contact our team 30 minutes before your arrival in order to coordinate the delivery of the keys.
