What an amazing cottage to come back to every night! Very clean, everything was stylish, modern and worked well. The bed was comfy and the views over the misty hillside were wonderful to wake up to. The surprise 'extras' on arrival were very well received. It was great we could park outside so entering and leaving were easy. Not many places leave such detailed instructions on how everything worked which was much appreciated. Overall a lovely stay!
Nice place. A little hard to find. Needs a bigger sign. Cobwebs everywhere. An “honest” book to help pay for electricity, was unexpected. Never seen that before. And certainly didn’t contribute when I already paid $600 to star here. . All in all. Nice place but heat isn’t good. No electric heat only space heaters and a fire place. Location was good for things we did. No restaurant near by. Hire was great at communicating. I would recommend this place if you know ahead, no heat or a/c. You must provide firewood and contribute to electricity.
A lovely stay in a quaint traditional building. Good location to see the island, beautifully clean and lovely to arrive to cake and items in the fridge. The log fire was a welcome extra! Lovely
