An 8000 square meter estate between the Punta Caruso holm oak forest and the sea. The villa also has access to the sea with a short path through the scents of nature.
The property has 5 double bedrooms all with independent access from the outside and an en suite bathroom, a seafront lounge on the sunset side, a kitchen, a second lounge with a professional pool table, a SPA with a hot tub, a sauna and a Turkish bath, a gym, swimming pool and tennis / volleyball court.
The swimming pool, 12 x 6 meters with infinity system and fed with sea water, is a cure-all for the mind and body and is divided into two areas with different depths.
Among the numerous terraces located on the estate to highlight a terrace of over 300sqm overlooking the sea with a view of the port of Forio and one of the most beautiful sunsets on the island, with barbecue and gazebo with outdoor table.
The extraordinary location and the extension of the structure allows you to enjoy all the spaces (internal and external) with maximum privacy making it ideal also for lovers of nudism / naturism.

Lieu magnifique avec quelques points à savoir..

Nous avons passé 2 très agréables semaines dans cette maison qui est nichée dans un écrin de verdure méditerranéenne époustouflant. Les extérieurs qui sont très vastes se déploient sur plusieurs hauteurs avec de nombreuses marches. Les vues sont magnifiques (à l’exception de celle sur la décharge municipale). Le mobilier de jardin est nombreux mais toutes les assises (chaises longues inclues) sont désagréablement recouvertes de plastique blanc. L’entretien quotidien (1-2h tous les soirs) de la piscine et des nombreuses allées avec une souffleuse est très dérangeant. L’accès à la mer annoncé n’est pas praticable. Le chemin d’accès privé est magnifique mais mène à des rochers recouverts par des caissons de bouteilles, qui tombent de la décharge attenante. L’entrée dans l’eau est impossible contrairement à ce qui est mentionné par l’annonce. L’intérieur de la maison se déploie tout en (grande) longueur, avec les ouvertures sur une seule face de la maison à l’exception du salon principal qui bénéficie de lumière sur 2 côtés. Certaines pièces (cuisine) ne bénéficient que d’une lumière de toit ou indirecte ( à travers les carreaux de verre) par ex le salon ou se trouve le billard ou l’espace jacuzzi/sauna. Les salles de bain (aucune baignoire) sont toutes de petite taille et défraîchies ( petites cabines de douche, joints usés, etc…). A notre arrivée 2 douches dysfonctionnaient et ont nécessité une intervention pendant 2h par une personne extérieure mandatée par le propriétaire. Les 5 chambres sont grandes et confortables avec de grands rangements. Alors que l’architecture intérieure particulière participe à l’originalité du lieu, la décoration est un point très faible de celle villa avec un mobilier très kitsch et disparate mêlant lit et canapés en cuir blanc, meubles d’extérieur (en plastique tressé noir et avec les assises recouvertes de plastique blanc) meubles en bois massif, dentelles, fausses plantes etc…Quel dommage! Le lave vaisselle était également en panne et a également nécessité une intervention extérieure pendant toute une matinée. Le propriétaire ne s’est pas déplacé, nous bloquant ainsi sur place. L’électricité se paie séparément de la location. Considérant la taille des lieux et les besoins en air conditionné, c’est une dépense à considérer en sus. Enfin alors que l’accueil par le père du propriétaire à été très agréable et charmant, les échanges avec le propriétaire ont été pour le moins discourtois.

VILLA YOLANDA IS TOP!

Wij, een gezin van 9 personen, met kinderen en kleinkinderen, verbleven in deze villa de eerste week van juli 2018. De verschillende voorafgaandelijke contacten met zoon Stefano en die ter plaatse met vader Luigi verliepen zeer vlot, correct, transparant en eerlijk. Hun raadgevingen omtrent ons transport van de luchthaven van Napels, via taxi, overzetboot en huurwagen apprecieerden wij ten zeerste en hebben wij volledig in acht genomen waardoor onze reis vlekkeloos verlopen is. Van bij aankomst aan de villa Yolanda en eerste rondleiding waren wij unaniem aangenaam verrast over de grootte en de uitzonderlijke ligging van dit landgoed. De villa gelegen in een prachtig privé domein met een fantastische tuin, een heerlijk zwembad, met een super sportaccomodatie en verschillende goed uitgeruste terrassen voldeed volledig aan onze wensen. Geen wonder dat wij van bij de eerste dag ons thuis voelden in dit paradijs. De villa is zeer ruim en de foto's op de website kunnen de grandeur niet volledig weergeven. De huurprijs is vrij kostelijk maar aanvaardbaar en marktconform. Het eiland Ischia is aantrekkelijk en wordt nog niet overspoeld door toeristen. Na één week wilden we éénstemmig allen nog een week blijven. Wij hebben in Villa Yolanda een fantastische en onvergetelijke week vakantie gehad.

Amazing location and villa

Villa was amazing. A totally private experience for the whole family. The place itself looked something out of a movie and was well maintained. Internet could do with more access points as you can only get it in certain parts of the villa however rest was amazing. Thank you. :)

Wow, What a Place

Our stay at this Villa on the Island of Ischia was great. We were looking for something unique for our extended family and we certainly found it. The location is truly a gem. It was definitely unique, spacious, very clean and quiet. These were all the things we wanted on our trip. The owners were very responsive with questions and certainly accommodating. All trips have unexpected developments and the owners were extremely helpful to get us to the Villa and set up. They provided good advice upon arrival and helped us manage an early morning departure on the day we left. The views were spectacular all around the property. We enjoyed the Villa and we have some great memories of Ischia as a result. I would recommend this property.

oltre l' immaginazione

Ad ogni passo lo stupore cresceva nel vedere tante meraviglie:dalla natura incontaminata ,ai colori vivaci ischitani,l eleganza nella cura dei dettagli,lo stile di una casa che porterai sempre nel cuore come poche al mondo!soggiorno perfetto per chi come me ha bisogno di relax,si potrebbe anche non uscire di casa una settimana con tutto ciò che offre! Una casa da sogno

Ho letto di una recensione che dice che le foto non rendono l'idea, beh verissimo! Non perdete l'occasione di soggiornare in questa casa, ho avuto contatti con il padre e con il figlio entrambi gentilissimi e disponibili e li ringrazio pubblicamente a nome mio e del gruppo di amici che ha passato con me il Capodanno in questa meravigliosa casa, che dire? Calda, bella , pulita, con tutti i confort UNICA.

fantastica.......credetemi

Siamo un po' reticenti a scrivere una recensione su questa casa perchè lo stupore nel vederla rimarrà a lungo impresso nella nostra mente e non vorremmo privarne nessuno. Quando siamo arrivati, a fine settembre, siamo stati accolti dai proprietari gentili, affabili e nello stesso tempo discreti mettendoci subito a nostro agio. Siamo una famiglia numerosa (2 genitori, 4 figli,1 Nonno) abituata ai grandi spazi e a molte e differenti esigenze, ma in questa casa tutto è di più: di più le camere, i bagni, l'attrezzatura sportiva e ludica, l'attrezzatura in cucina, la biancheria, gli arredi da esterno numerosissimi. Tutto, ma proprio tutto, è funzionante, tutto è assolutamente pulito e curato. e trovate molto di più di ciò che viene promesso. Le foto non rendono ragione perchè è difficile che una foto riesca a riprodurre l'anima e questa casa, credete, ha un'anima l'unico problema è che tra discese al mare dal parco, partite di tennis, grigliate all'aperto con gli amici,rilassanti letture con vista tramonto, sfide a biliardo, aperitivi serviti nei numerosi salotti esterni, tuffi in piscina, sauna e idromassaggi uno si dimentica di essere in una delle più belle isole del Mediterraneo.quindi Un solo modesto consiglio: se potete trascorretevi almeno due settimane nella seconda forse vi verrà voglia di uscire a visitare quest isola meravigliosa

Stupenda!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Abbiamo passato dieci giorni in questa fantastica villa e una recensione sola sarebbe riduttiva, dovremmo descriverla in ogni minimo particolare per farne apprezzare la bellezza.appena arrivati ci ha accolto il proprietario,un ragazzo simpaticissimo e davvero solare,che insieme al padre ci ha illustrato la villa.Il panorama era davvero mozzafiato e non si sentiva nessun rumore al di fuori del fantastico suono delle onde del mare.La villa era grandissima, c'era di tutto e le foto non le rendono giustizia abbastanza, la piscina fantastica e la pulizia eccellente, abbiamo trascorso una vacanza indimenticabile e l'anno prossimo torneremo con molto piacere.un grazie di cuore ai Sign proprietari che sembrava conoscessimo da tempo.
