The cottage features a spacious downstairs kitchen/living area. Upstairs, there are a king-sized double bedroom and a twin bedroom, both equipped with private en-suite facilities. Outside, a well-maintained lawn with outdoor seating connects to the extensive gardens, which house the games room, a children's play area, putting green, and laundry facilities. These gardens are also filled with valuable information on local attractions and detailed guides for walks that start right from our property.
The kitchen is fully equipped with a large cooker, fridge-freezer, microwave, and toaster. The dining area accommodates up to five guests, and the living space ensures comfort for all with a flat-screen TV and DVD player.
Additional amenities include complimentary Wi-Fi. Please note that dogs are not allowed.
Double Bedroom:
This spacious double bedroom features a comfortable full-size double bed accompanied by a wardrobe, dressing table, and wall-mounted convector heating. It also includes an en-suite bathroom equipped with a full-size bath featuring a shower overhead, a wash hand basin, and a WC.
Twin Bedroom:
In this twin bedroom, you'll find two full-size single beds, along with a wardrobe, dressing table, and wall-mounted convector heater. There's ample space to accommodate a third full-size Z bed if needed. Additionally, there's an en-suite shower room furnished with an electric shower, wash hand basin, and WC.
Indoor Description
Heating is by electric convector heaters throughout.
From 1 October until the end of the week before the late May bank holiday, electricity is payable at 25p per unit (or the government reduced rate when known if lower) for all bookings. Guests will make payment to the owner on departure, calculated from metre readings.
