A beautiful and spacious three-bedroom apartment in the centre of Estepona. This fantastic property is located in a family complex in a quiet neighbourhood near the centre, only a short walk from the main beach, Playa de la Rada. The penthouse is distributed over three different levels offering comfortable accommodation for up to six guests. On the first level (ground floor) is the large kitchen, fully equipped with all appliances and a dining area for four. On this same level, we find the modern and bright living room that offers comfortable seating for six and a large flat screen television with a multitude of national and international channels (including Sky) along with a high speed fibre optic Wifi connection and alarm system. On one side of the living room, we find the dining area for six and from the living room you have access to a beautiful balcony with relaxer seating for two. A lavatory next to the kitchen is located on this same level. On the first floor there are three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed and an en-suite bathroom equipped with a shower, toilet and sink. It also has a large built-in wardrobe and access to another balcony with seating for two. The second and third bedrooms are also equipped with king-size beds and built-in wardrobes. There is a family bathroom for the second and third bedrooms with a shower, toilet and sink. On the third level, you will find a spacious and tastefully decorated roof terrace with several plants. Before accessing this area, there is an additional kitchen that you may use while using the terrace with a small fridge, cooking hob and oven. The roof terrace provides two sun loungers, a lovely relaxing area with seating and a dining area next to a gas powered barbecue. The apartment has independent air conditioning for cooling and heating in all bedrooms and living room. The property includes a private parking space in the residential underground garage for one car. Altogether, this is a fantastic holiday home for families in a quiet area near the beach and all the local tourist attractions.

Complete woning aan alles is gedacht, dichtbij vele leuke dingen, haven, strand en de gezellige oude stad op loopafstand. Nadeel wordt erg veel gebouwd en gerenoveerd geeft geluidsoverlast
