Oura: Private Pool, BBQ & 500m from the Beach

The Villa Dorado is a fantastic 5-bedroom villa with a private pool, located in the center of Oura, in Albufeira. A short walk from fantastic restaurants, bars, and shops, and just 500m from the beach, Villa Dorado is perfect for relaxing car-free holidays in the heart of the city with family and friends.



The property has 5 bedrooms (1 double and 4 twin) and 4 bathrooms (2 with shower and 2 with bathtub and shower).



The main living room is open plan and includes a cozy living area with comfortable sofas and a television, a dining area, and a fully equipped kitchen with all necessary appliances and utensils for cooking at home.



The charming outdoor patio is accessed through sliding doors and has an outdoor dining table where you can enjoy meals or drinks, with a traditional brick BBQ for summer grilling. Sunbeds are available to enjoy the hot Algarve sun between refreshing dips in the private pool.



The property is located in a residential area just 150 meters from Albufeira's Strip, and benefits from proximity to everything you might need for a relaxing holiday: beautiful sandy beaches (Oura Beach is the closest) and shops, bars, and restaurants within walking distance in the lively Oura area. The historic Albufeira Old Town is about 10 minutes by car.



A car rental is not necessary, but if you prefer, we will be happy to help you with the booking upon request. We can also help organize transfers if needed.



If your flights are already booked or your dates are fixed and do not respect the property's change day, please send us an information request before proceeding with the booking to confirm if your dates can be accepted.



The change day for this property is Thursday (however, there may be flexibility during the low season).



Group deposit: €300 per person (payment by credit/debit card). A booking, insurance, and filing processing fee of 2.9% will be applied to the total amount of all payments: booking values (deposit and final balance), deposit, transfer, extras, and excursions. Please note that this fee is non-refundable, including for the deposit.



Prices are for up to 10 people.

The 11th and 12th persons will be charged an additional amount that includes an extra bed (only €126 each, per week) or, in the case of small children (babies/toddlers), a crib (only €21 each, per week).



According to current legislation, tourism taxes may be applied.
