You can either rent this unit (South side) by itself or rent the entire property by adding VRBO 1241538 (North side) to your rental.

Both sides share a common covered patio with plenty of tables and chairs for each side either independently or jointly. There is also a shared outdoor shower area for a quick and easy rinse when returning from your time on the beach.

Each side has it's own premium charcoal grill for added enjoyment of the unique and inviting beachfront space.

Dishonest Host, resides next door and spyes on you.

Due to hurricane we couldn't come with small kids and host told me to use my paid 6 nights another time. When I contacted her that we are coming few months later, she didn't answer and just BLOCKED me.Luckily the VRBO team reviewed our conversation with her and refunded me after few calls I made, because the Host Martha refused to cooperate in any matter.We stayed in this unit previously years before and noticed that the host Martha lives right next door and can clearly see you through the backyard and on the beach. Once the blonde lady from the next door, approached me on the beach, I could feel she's secretly watching me, that's how I realized that she is the host Martha. I saw her pictures online, so I know it for a fact, that it was her.It is supposed to be disclosed in the listing, that the host resides next door, otherwise she UNLAWFULLY monitoring her guests, which violates their right to privacy.Also, her dogs gonna wake you up early every morning barking.

Fantastic Location!

This is our third time here and we love it because we can walk straight out to the beach. Martha is an excellent host and always available to answer any questions or deal with any concerns. Very well stocked property with everything you need. We will be back again!

A little piece of heaven

Perfect location, mostly quiet street, not busy and over "touristy" like other towns. Super clean upon arrival. The sunsets are beautiful and all can be seen from the fenced in backyard. Yes, fenced in so your fur babies can run and enjoy the sand too!!!

Great place to relax

We loved being able to walk out to the beach. Our dog loved the fenced in back yard. The sand dollars are plentiful and really cool to dive for. Definately will be back! Tbanks

Very convenient beach access right through the backyard gate. Updated beautiful property. Beach equipment was provided on the property which made beach days fun. Management was quick to respond to questions and were awesome to communicate with.

July 4th trip

No lies—this home really is on the beach!

This clean home has everything you need for a comfortable stay at the beach. It was also nice to have items such as paper towel, dish soap, etc. on hand when we arrived. The first floor bedroom is small with limited closet space and no end tables. The stacked washer/dryer is in this room resulting in limited clothing storage. It has one window with a view of the street. The second floor bedroom has much more space with a walk in closet and plenty of hangars. There is ample drawer space upstairs as well. There is a lovely view of the beach from this room. Plenty of room to dine. There are two indoor indoor tables and a table on the patio. You will hear the noise of the traffic going by but it quiets down quite a bit past 10:00 PM. The beach access is so easy! Just step out the back door and it’s short walk to be at the waters edge. Beach chairs and umbrellas are right on the back patio. The outside shower is great convenience when you return from a swim. Show up with your bathing suit, a good book, and you’re all set!

We absolutely love it here!

Everything about this place is wonderful. This was our second year and we plan to come annually for a long stay. It is perfect, clean, lots of space, directly on beach, has everything you need and close to everything. Martha is Fabulous and keeps everything in check, it’s nice to have the owner next door for an added sense of comfort and security. We loved the fenced in yard so our dogs could be off a leash and run, Our puppies love the neighbor dogs (their new friends) and loved running back and forth with them. We Cannot wait to go back!!!!
