Location: The highly appealing complex Sun City 1 is located in the southern part of Sunny Beach, approx. 7 minutes' walk from the famous Cacao Beach with clubs and restaurants, 2 km from old Nessebar, and not far from the centre of Sunny Beach. All necessary amenities are within walking distance, including a bus stop nearby.

Capacity: maximum 4 persons

Amenities within the complex include a large swimming pool with a bar, a children's pool and playground, a barbeque area, an elevator, 24/7 reception, and a supermarket.

Apartment: separate bedroom with two single beds, fully equipped kitchenette, roll-away sofa in the living area, cable and smart TV, WIFI, bathroom with toilette, bathtub, and washing machine. Air conditioning in both rooms.
