3 bedroom villa, with private gardens and pool. This Andalusian style bright and cozy villa is perfect for a family holiday or a romantic getaway. It has a open, fully equipped kitchen, a sunny spacious lounge, leading onto the garden with a BBQ / outdoor dining area with terrace furniture.
The property is all one level, consisting of 3 bedrooms, two of these equipped with king size beds and the third with twin beds.
The villa has air conditioning / heating throughout and complementary fiber optic Wifi and a smart TV. There is also a TV in one of the bedrooms that can be linked to a games console etc.
This charming villa is situated on the mid western borders of Calahonda within easy 15 minutes walk of the beach, boardwalk, shops, bars and restaurants,
Beautifully maintained private gardens and pool make this villa first class accommodation for the perfect holiday.
As with all our holiday homes - this is a NON SMOKING property. The interior and terrace square metrages are estimates.
In this property you will find a comprehensive information pack complete with an extensive restaurant guide spanning the entire coast, local area information, activity options, golf course maps and much more.
Our staff are also on hand to make reservations, recommendations and ensure the smooth running of your holiday.

There is a minimum booking period of 7 nights, after that extra nights are charged pro rata. A housekeeping surcharge will apply to all bookings. Please check our Suncoaster Holidays Terms and Conditions page on our website for dates and prices.
Additional person supplement -75€ per person per week (includes the supply of an inflatable full height bed, bed linen and towels).
A €50 booking fee is payable on each booking.
Linen and bath towels are provided at a charge of €20 for a 1 bedroom property, €40 for a 2 bedroom property and 60 for a 3 bedroom property.
Special, discounted rates are available for bookings of four weeks and over – please ask for details.
Keys are to be collected from our office and returned to us on the morning of departure. An outside key box is used when our office is closed. Google maps and coordinates from the airport to our office and from our office to your property, along with the property address, written directions and the key box code will be emailed to you once the holiday balance is paid.
THIS PROPERTY DOES ALLOW DOGS- Please be aware that there will be an extra €20.00 added at point of booking.
IMPORTANT- there will also be an additional €200 added to the existing damage deposit. This will be taken automatically with your final balance payment, 4 weeks prior to your arrival date. The €200 damage deposit for the dog, plus the existing damage deposit cost, will be returned to you within 14 days of your check out date. Subject to a satisfactory property inspection.
