The property sleeps 4. On the lower floor are 2 bedrooms,1 double en-suite bedroom and 1 double bedroom with an adjacent bathroom. Both bedrooms have private terraces with external furniture, perfect for relaxing and sunbathing.

Tourist Tax came into force on 13 April 2024, in accordance with Regulation no. 425/2024, published in Diário da República no. 72 of 12/04/2024. The tourist tax charge is €2 per night during the high season (April to October) and €1 during the rest of the year (November to March) per person, up to a maximum of seven straight nights for all tourists aged 13 or older. The tax is to be paid either prior or upon arrival.
