As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
A whole house floor (90m2) with private entrance and big balcony(50m2).
The kitchen has a fridge with freezer, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a coffee machine and a dishwasher.
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart television( Max TV) and internet access.


This apartment has 2 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 4+2.
In the first bedroom, you will find 2 single beds.
The second bedroom contains a double bed and ensuite bathroom.
Additional sofa bed in the living room and baby cot available on request.
You can enjoy your morning coffee or sip of wine in summer nights on big private balcony ( 50 m2) or in small shared garden by the BBQ.


There are 2 bathrooms.
The first bathroom has a toilet ,sink , shower and washing machine.
The second bathroom has a toilet, sink and a shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
Parking for 1 car in front of the house, if you need more parking place ,it is available only on request.
Owner lives in house and there is one more apartment which can be combined with this one for groups up to 8+4 persons.
House is close to place center and all services within walking distance. Only few minutes walk away from nice pebble beach Tunjara. Marina bay has numerous nature beaches and secluded places where you can enjoy in privacy.

Place is an ideal base for active holiday and sightseeing since it is located on the half way between Šibenik and Split and only few kilometers from Split airport from where we can organize transfer directly to the apartment.

- Check-in time is from 2pm and check-out is till 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
