The guests will be able to use the entire flat during their stay.
Please note that this is a lower ground floor flat and one of the bedrooms does not have immediate windows however this room has its own bathroom and toilet with a window. the room (and also the whole flat) has a fully functioning air ventilation system for guests' convenience.
