Villa Vertent is located very close to Alcudia. From the property, you can enjoy incredible views of the mountain and the sea. It is situated in a quiet and isolated area, which is well-connected due to its proximity to the town of Alcudia.

It is capable of accommodating 8 guests and 2 babies, with 4 double rooms and 3 complete bathrooms.
On the ground floor, there are 2 rooms, one of them with an en-suite bathroom, and another bathroom.
On the upper floor, there are two more rooms and a bathroom.
Outside, you will find a covered barbecue area, with a table to enjoy meals and relax, with direct access to the chlorine pool with an outdoor hot water shower and jacuzzi.
It has a ping pong table.
There is enough space to park 3 cars.

Management expenses: €80.00 to be paid at the destination.
A crib and a high chair are included in the price.
Bed linen and towels are changed once a week only for stays of 14 nights or more.
