The villa has 3 cosy bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, distributed in a practical way to offer you comfort and privacy. One of the bedrooms is a double room with an en-suite bathroom, while the other two are individual and share a bathroom.

The spacious living room, with exposed wooden beams, invites you to relax, while the dining room, accessible from the living room, offers a perfect space for sharing family meals. From here, you can access the large outdoor terrace, which becomes the heart of the house during your stay. The terrace is equipped with an outdoor barbecue and sink, allowing you to fully enjoy outdoor dinners in an idyllic setting.

The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to cook your favourite dishes: oven, gas hob, dishwasher, refrigerator, pantry, separate freezer, and microwave. Additionally, the kitchen has views of the terrace and a door that provides direct access to the outside.

The incredible outdoor space features a large pool with a Roman staircase, perfect for relaxing or taking a refreshing swim while enjoying the views. Moreover, the sun loungers invite you to sunbathe and relax in the beautiful natural environment. Can Perello also offers free private parking, which adds convenience to your stay. Air conditioning is available from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 8:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
