Super clean and quiet 2 bedroom cottage 1/2 mile to Sunken Meadow Beach and Cooks Brook Beach 2 miles to National Seashore. Private yard. Fully equipped kitchen with microwave. Cottage includesA.C., Heat, WIFI, cable TV, DVD and fans in every room. Outside deck with gas and charcoal grills, outdoor heated shower. Close to great fishing, bike trails, freshwater pond, surfing, swimming, golf. Local attractions include Wellfleet drive-in movies, Audubon Wildlife Refuge,. Great seafood and 30 minutes to Provincetown for shopping and whale watching. Private Shed for your bicycles and beach gear. Corn hole boards to play in the yard and a hammock to relax. Great little getaway

Close to beach…easy walking distance! The house was quite comfortable, and my husband loves an outdoor shower. The fire pit was a great extra spot to socialize! I quite enjoyed our stay.

cozy cottage in great location

We enjoyed our stay very much. The home is very comfortable and the location is fantastic. We found things to do including hiking, beach and restaurants, all within 5-10 minute drive from the cottage. The furthest we went was to PTown about 30 minutes away. There's a nice local beach within a 15 minute walk on quiet roads also.

Wonderful stay in early October

We can’t say enough about this wonderful cottage in Eastham! It is one of the cleanest, superbly-maintained properties we’ve rented - a compliment to owners Ed and Val! The location is great, just a few minutes drive from either the quiet of Cape Cod Bay and it’s awesome sunsets, or the dramatic National Seashore on the Atlantic. It’s was an easy drive to some of our favorite towns, too, like Provincetown and Chatham. Do yourself a favor: Rent this property!

Excellent cottage

Excellent location for accessing all that the outer Cape has to offer. And when simply relaxing at the cottage and not visiting Cape attractions, there were many amenities (e.g. hot outdoor shower, fire pit, secure storage shed for bicycles, large deck with picnic table, etc., etc.) Host was very accessible for questions and requests, both prior to the rental week and also during the week, but without compromising privacy.

Great place to stay

We have rented here before and hope to do so again! Nice, clean up to date cottage, in a good location close to National Seashore, audubon sanctuary and bay beaches. Landlords are helpful and there’s everything you could need for a great stay

Very satisfactory

It served us very well as a place for extra people to stay - and to relax by themselves. Also made it possible to watch Wimbledon Men’s Tennis Finals! And ‘futbol’

Wonderful place

This home is charming. Had everything we needed. Easy half mile walk to the beach. Lovely outdoor seating area and a new deck. Indoor furniture is comfortable and well kept. Queen bed is very comfortable. Has air conditioning, plenty of windows, and fans in both bedrooms and the living room. Ed and Val are wonderful. We will definitely stay again and highly recommend this for a lovely place to vacation.

A perfect cottage

This cottage has everything needed for a great vacation. Fully equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, a grassy garden to sit and read and maybe bbq that fish for supper. It is also walking distance to a really great beach! The hosts are friendly and ready to help with all questions. A few days there makes me ready to book for next year.

Could not ask for anything more!

This compact cottage is everything it advertises and then some. Four adults and a child found it cozy and comfortable. The owner lives close by and it is well maintained. We ran out of propane for the fire pit and it was replaced within an hour. The fire pit was our gathering place each evening. The deck is spacious and adds a large space to the living area. A very nice beach is .5 miles away. The wooded setting creates privacy and it is quiet. We would stay here again without hesitation.

Perfect cottage for a spring getaway

We had a great time during our April school vacation getaway. The cottage was the perfect size for our family of 4 and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. It’s close to all attractions and is walking distance to a few bay beaches which was a great bonus. Ed is a fantastic host. Thank you for sharing your cottage with us!

We have stayed in various rentals over the years in Eastham. This property was in a great location in walking distance of 2 bay side beaches. The property owners were super friendly and available for anything we may have needed. Would highly recommend.

Beach, blossoms and bird song

Lovely serene walk to bay beaches at Sunken Meadow. Super-convenient to ocean beaches at Marconi, Nauset and Coast Guard. Secluded, very private feeling despite being on a well-travelled beach road that quiets down at night. Locust trees were in bloom and the dropping blossoms were delightful, as were the song birds.

Wonderful cozy cottage!!

Val and Bob are friendly and readily available if needed. We rented their cottage for 4 days. The cottage was clean, orderly and plenty of room for 4 adults. Communication was top notch, cottage instructions and local info was available and the location is in a great neighborhood. Thank you Val and Bob!!!

This was the perfect cottage for me. It was immaculate, understated, simple with everything I needed. In the past I had stayed in Welfleet but this is actually a better location for the place I most visit: Marconi and Coast Guard Beaches, Audubon (super close), along with being between the Welfleet/Truro/PTown area, and Orleans. Ed was very welcoming, a great guy, and helpful in every way. I will be back.

An wonderful Cape gem

This cottage is truly a gem. We loved our week here and cannot wait to return next summer. The place was exceptionally clean, well equipped and comfortable. The hosts are amazing - they have thought of everything. We loved having dinner on the patio, the kids loved playing in the yard and we all enjoyed the outdoor shower. The area is great - really quiet and pretty. The warm bay side beaches, which are so close to the cottage are wonderful. We also ventured to the National seashore beaches on the ocean side, which was also fun. Thanks for a great vacation!
