A private elevator leads directly to a separate corridor, which divides on the left side the large en-suite bedroom linked to the terrace with The Eiffel Tower view.
On the right as you exit the elevator is the other part of the apartment, including the kitchen, living room, second bedroom and second bathroom. A small terrace completes the other part of this property.
Ideally located on the 6th floor, you’ll enjoy a view of Paris rooves, Eiffel Tower from a nice spacious terrace, a rare occurence in Paris. The terrace can be accessed from the master bedroom. Additionally, the living room leads to a balcony.
The living room and the bedrooms are equipped with smart TVs, while the kitchen area has all of the amenities you need to make yourself feel at home.
Both bedroom have a large 2-seater bed "Hôtel & Lodge" and a TV facing it, as well as a large closet for storing your belongings. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower, toilet.
The apartment includes a washer, dryer, dishwasher, AC, oven, micro wave, coffee machine and so on.

Any check-in on a Sunday, a public holiday or after 7pm is charged 50€ extra. Any check-in after 10pm will be charged an additional 75€.

An additional fee of 50 € will be charged if the entrance is after 7 pm, on Sunday or on a holiday. If the entrance is after 10 pm, the fee is 75 €.
