Lovely villa in great location

Good inside / outside space with plenty of seating areas. Great comms with Luis who helped us out with a few bits that needed attention. Perfect location, a very easy 5-10 mins walk into the heart of Pollensa and 5 mins car journey to Puerto Pollensa.Could do with more cooking bits (e.g more than 1 chopping board), and the option of pool heating would have been really helpful (we stayed in April).

Amazing villa, well equipped. Large and beautiful grounds. Very clean pool. Short walk to Pollença and lots of restaurants and shops. Great communication from Luis. Would definitely recommend.

Perfect accomondation at a beautiful area

Quiet area with with all shopping possibilities around A little more equipment in the kitchen would help, esecially if more persons do the preparattion for meals. E.g. cutting boards.

Perfect base for a family holiday

The location (10 minute walk to the main square in Pollensa)the outdoor space with huge shaded outdoor seating areas and well maintained garden a very well maintained pool the internal layout of the villa the friendly and efficient tidying of the house when towels and bed linen were replaced the speed with which Dream Villas dealt with any minor problems that arose. The outdoor table is rather small for six. The bath/shower in one of the double bedrooms needs to be refurbished.

Schöne Finca, sehr stadtnah 1km bis zum Placa Major!

Unkomplizierte Abwicklung, gute Kommunikation Eine Ecke Windsicher gestalten, z.B. die Ecke direkt am Haus beim Grill mit einem Windschutz der verstellbar ist beim Tisch in der Ecke und Platzdecken 6 Stück oder eine Tischdecke, sowie Cava und Schnapsgläser in der Küche. Gläser haben wir gekauft und haben sie dagelassen, wir hoffen sie verwenden sie weiter. Grüße Andreas
