The house provides a nice private garden and a large shared pool.
Distances: Montespertoli with general stores 3 km away, Certaldo (railway station) 12 km, San Gimignano 23 km, Florence (airport and railway station with daily trains for Rome) 30 km away, Volterra 48 km, Siena 52 km away, Pisa (airport) approx. 80 km away.
At guests’ disposal: large private garden furnished with tables and chairs for al-fresco dining, swimming-pool (11 x 6 m – min. depth 1,2 m – max. depth 1,6 m – open from 01/06 to 15/09) to be shared with other 5 units (which are part of this estate and are only occasionally occupied), private area at the pool for the guests of Villa Riccardo, outdoor shower.
Laundry with washing-machine (accessible from the private garden). Parking within the grounds.
